Digital Footprint
Is basically everything on the internet that is about you! Sometimes content about you may be viewed by people you don’t know. Your digital footprint may include photos, audio, videos, blog posts, posts you write on friends’ walls. Like all information on the internet, it can be permanent. Remember - internet information has a global audience.

  1. 1) The video is trying to say that anything on the internet can be seen by anyone and it might be permanent. The video also shows that identity theft is a crime.

    2) Because they are not educated well enough about this.

    3) The schools and companies can organise talks about this and the government can also organise public events to make this danger known to everyone.

Whatever we do on the internet are recorded permanently and can be traced back.

They are not educated about such dangers.

What do think should be done to make people aware of these dangers.
Schools are able to educate students. Such information should be publicised via advertisements be it television, social media or print.

  4. 1. The dangers are that the Internet is a very public and open place, and anyone can access most netizen's personal information if they are not careful with the handling of their own information.

    2. They took the peace of mind for granted. A lot of people nowadays, especially those who do not go into fields of IT, have poor understanding over such matters.

    3. Start by telling them since young. Organise campaigns to decrease one's digital footprint (because a lot of people are too lazy to do those themselves until disaster strikes).
